IIP Management has appropriate staffing levels that allow them to facilitate good customer service. They are not the cheapest, but they might be the only property management company in Cleveland that actually gets back to you within 24 hours. When I've had questions, they have been able to provide me satisfactory answers.

AMAZING experience selling my home with IIP. I worked with Violetta Varenko. She helped with everything (negotiations, working with IIP on the repairs to property, getting everything done to keep the sale on track, keeping me informed). I REALLY appreciated it all. It was an absolute pleasure working with Violetta and IIP Management!

IIPM does a great job in working with their clients and ensuring tenants have a great experience. Not the absolute best property manager I’ve worked with, but definitely extremely good, especially for Cleveland.

As an out of state investor IIP management has done an excellent job. They are quick to answer all my questions, keep us up to date on each property, and have done a great job getting our new property rented. So far I have been satisfied by their services.

I’m very satisfied with the IIP Management group. paying my rent is made very easy by using the portal system. And if anything needs repaired they come within 24 hours and resolve the issue very quickly and clean up afterwards. And a very trustworthy company ❤️

We moved into one of IIP's properties in 2021. I must say that the property was well-kept, and the property manager who did the showing with us was very nice, knowledgeable and professional and he patiently answered ALL of our questions. On the rare instance we've had a service call, they had people out to our home within 24 hours. Communication, however, is a sticking point with them. People don't call back, or email in a timely fashion. But, once they do, they're very helpful, professional and accommodating. I believe their rent prices are fair and competitive. They have a payment portal that makes paying rent easy. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent or purchase a home.
